Getting Started on Baji App

New to Baji App or still figuring out the registration process? These are the questions most Pakistani players ask when they first land on the platform.

Head to the Register page on Baji App and enter your Pakistani mobile number along with a strong password. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your number to verify your identity. Once you confirm the OTP your account is created and ready to use. The whole process takes under sixty seconds. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Yes. Baji App is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. During registration and at the time of your first withdrawal, you may be asked to confirm your age by providing a valid identity document. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance will be returned.

No. Each player is permitted only one account. Operating multiple accounts is against the Baji App terms and conditions and may result in all linked accounts being suspended. If you think a duplicate account was accidentally created, contact support immediately so they can merge your records and keep your original account intact.

On the Login page, tap the Forgot Password link. Enter your registered mobile number and you will receive an OTP. Confirm the OTP and you will be prompted to set a new password. Your account balance, bet history and VIP points remain untouched. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact the support team via live chat with your account details for manual verification.

JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options — deposits typically reflect in your Baji App wallet within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.

Yes. The minimum deposit amount varies slightly by payment method but is designed to be accessible for all Pakistani players. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits start at a low PKR threshold so you can get started without committing a large amount. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within a few hours. During peak periods it may take up to 24 hours. Bank transfers typically take one to two business days. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact Baji App support with your transaction reference number and they will investigate promptly.

Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: the mobile number on your Baji App account does not match the JazzCash or Easypaisa number you are withdrawing to; your account identity has not been fully verified; or there is an active bonus with unmet wagering conditions. Baji App displays odds in decimal format by default. For example, if the odds on Pakistan winning a T20 are 1.85 and you bet PKR 1,000, your total return if the bet wins would be PKR 1,850 — that is your PKR 1,000 stake plus PKR 850 profit. The higher the odds number, the less likely the outcome is considered and the greater the potential return. Lower odds indicate a more favoured outcome with a smaller payout relative to the stake.

Visit the Download page on the Baji App website and tap the Android download button. This will download the APK file directly to your phone. Before installing, go to your phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source" for your browser. Once enabled, open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation. The app is not on the Google Play Store so this direct installation method is the correct approach.

There is no dedicated iOS app available for download, but the Baji App mobile website works excellently in Safari and Chrome on iPhone. The interface is fully optimised for touchscreens and all features — including betting, Live Casino, deposits and account management — work without any issues. You can add the Baji App website to your iPhone Home Screen via the Share menu in Safari, which creates a shortcut that opens the site like an app.

First, check your internet connection — switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi to see if that resolves it. Clear your browser cache or the app's cache in your phone settings.
