Baji App is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any balance forfeited. It is your responsibility to confirm your own eligibility before registering. We do not accept accounts from minors under any circumstances.
Each player is permitted one Baji App account. Duplicate accounts — whether using a different phone number, email address or name — are not allowed. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and bonuses forfeited. Register once and use that account consistently.
All bonuses and promotional credit come with wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is available. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the requirements will result in the bonus being removed from your account.

Using Baji App to launder funds, exploit software errors, collude with other players, or use automated betting tools is strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in these activities will be suspended without notice and any balance held pending investigation. We reserve the right to void bets placed in connection with prohibited activity.

Baji App may request identity verification at any point. This can include a copy of a valid CNIC, a selfie, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that cannot be verified or where documents are found to be false will be closed and any balance forfeited. Verification requests are processed as quickly as possible and our support team will guide you through the process if needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Baji App cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep credentials secure.
Never share your password or OTP with anyone claiming to represent Baji App. Our support team will never ask for your password.
All transactions on Baji App are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and debit/credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be made available from time to time and will be listed inside the app when active.
Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few minutes. Bank Transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed inside the app at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Baji App reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds. These checks are carried out for the protection of all players and are completed as promptly as possible.
If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, contact our support team directly. Most delays are resolved within a few hours once our team investigates.
Baji App offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms presented at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly when the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked for those funds.
Bets placed on certain games or certain sports markets may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Full contribution details are provided with each individual offer. As a general rule, Sports Betting bets with odds above a stated minimum contribute fully; bets below that threshold may contribute at a reduced rate.
Always read the specific wagering terms attached to each bonus before accepting it. If anything is unclear, ask support before opting in — not after.
The Sports Betting section of Baji App covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 Internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football, and Esports, among other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed. Baji App reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets with pricing errors or bets that exceed stated maximum stake limits.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified window; the market is suspended due to a data error; the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or the bet was accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error. Baji App's decision on void bets is final.
Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket, PSL and Football matches. Odds during live betting fluctuate rapidly. There may be a brief delay between a market event occurring and the odds updating. Any bets placed during this delay period may be voided if they were placed on markets that had already been determined by the event in question. This applies particularly to in-play wicket and goal markets.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are stated inside the Sports Betting section of the app and may vary by sport and market type. Baji App reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout for any player without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Baji App's Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo sections are governed by the same general Terms alongside the specific rules applicable to each game. Game rules are accessible within the game interface itself and should be reviewed before playing.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. Baji App does not manipulate game outcomes. If a player believes they have experienced a game malfunction, the affected round should be reported to support immediately with the relevant game round ID. Malfunctions that are confirmed to have affected the result of a round will be voided and the stake returned.
Live Casino streaming quality is optimised for Pakistani mobile data connections. However, if your connection drops during a live table game round that has already started, the round will be settled according to its normal outcome. The platform cannot cancel rounds that are already in progress due to a player's connection issues.
Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed inside the game interface. Bingo buy-in amounts are shown on the lobby screen before joining a room. These limits may change without prior notice.
